Тhe common challenges, on the one hand, and the diversity of natural resources and cultural heritage, on the other, are prerequisites for mutually beneficial tourism cooperation between business and entrepreneurs from the Black Sea basin regions. Distance, linguistic differences and other constraints are an obstacle to more active contacts and finding joint solutions and opportunities for tourism business development. To contribute the solving of these problems within the project, 4 transnational tourism forums will be held in each of the countries, including partners in the Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia and Moldova project. Each partner will be responsible for holding the forum in his country (Avren Municipality for Bulgaria). The forums will have different themes related to the development of tourism business and entrepreneurship. The forum themes are selected to match the expertise of the partner who organizes them and the key features of the region in which they are held. Each forum will be attended by 10 participants from hosts invited by the partner and 5 participants from the other partners - a total of 30 participants in each forum. Each of the partners will select participants from the tourist business and entrepreneurship or experts of key positions from local or regional authorities. The program of the forums will include: - presentations related to the thematic focus of the forum. - a presentation about the typical tourist opportunities of the region with a focus on topical trends and forms of tourism. - a module for sharing good practices and discussing ideas for synergies and joint business initiatives. - visit to a local natural or cultural landmark, meetings with local tourist business and informal contacts. Presentations on topical and important topics in the field of tourism, the contacts between the representatives of the target groups and the exchange of experience, ideas and good practices will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective 1 of the project - Jointly enhance capacity and the development alternatives to business and entrepreneurship from the target regions. The forums will be 2 days with 3 nights for the traveling participants. Materials are provided for the participants and reports for the forums will be provided on their conduct and their results. Materials and photos from the forums will be uploaded to the project site. Their organization will be subcontracted. The activity - Cooperation, alternatives and good practices exchange between businesses and entrepreneurs from the target regions will contribute to the achievement of a specific objective 1 – Jointly enhancing the capacity and development of alternatives to business and entrepreneurship from the target regions.
